You can submit a reservation request to us in the method that is most convenient to you:Use the Request button wherever you see it to get to our Contact page where you can call or send a message to us.ABOUT OUR BOOKING PROCESS:We have kept our booking process as simple as possible.It works like this:- You request, then we quote.- You approve, then we invoice.- You pay, then we confirm.We take pride in our service and welcome discussion at any stage to ensure your comfort or heighten your experience.Details:After receiving your reservation request, we will begin working on a quote for you.A member of our team will contact you to complete your quote.We will email you a link to view the quote when created.From your online quote, you can accept, decline, print or comment on any changes you would like made.Accepting the Quote will allow us to send you an Invoice for payment.Paying the Invoice will confirm your reservation with us.Contact us if you have questions or want to make changes to your reservation request.We accept reservation requests 24/7.Our team processes your reservation requests, quotes, invoices and confirmations Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM New Zealand time.See the current time in New Zealand
AIRPORT & FBO ARRIVALS:Private Jet ArrivalsYour chauffeur will coordinate directly with the FBO to ensure they're positioned and ready to greet you as you arrive. You'll easily recognize them - they'll be dressed in a black suit.Domestic Flight ArrivalsYour chauffeur will meet you at the baggage carousel. They'll be wearing a black suit and holding an iPad displaying the BlackCars logo along with your last name or company logo.International Flight ArrivalsYour chauffeur will greet you in the meeting area as you exit Customs. Like domestic arrivals, they'll be dressed in a black suit and holding an iPad displaying the BlackCars logo with your last name or company logo for easy identification.FOR HOTEL & ACCOMMODATION PICKUPS:Your chauffeur or guide will coordinate with the hotel concierge and introduce themselves to you in the lobby. This ensures a smooth handoff and immediate departure when you're ready.FOR VESSEL OR DOCKSIDE PICKUPS:Your chauffeur or guide will be waiting dockside with a clearly visible sign displaying your details. They'll be ready to greet you and begin your tour or transfer right away.
Unexpected ChangesWe understand that travel plans can shift unexpectedly. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to make the transition as smooth and stress-free as we can.Flight Delays & Early ArrivalsWe monitor flight times for all airport transfers, so you can relax and enjoy your flight without worry. Whether your flight is delayed or arrives early, we'll do our best to meet you in a timely manner and adjust accordingly.Severe Flight DelaysIn the event of a severe flight delay, we'll continue to prioritize getting you ground transportation. Please note that while we'll make every effort to accommodate you, we may not be able to fulfill all of the service requirements that were originally confirmed. Contact us If possible, please contact us as soon as you know of any delays or required adjustments.

BlackCars gets its name from two sources. First, we're named after the black car service industry itself. Second, we originally planned to operate exclusively with black vehicles in our fleet.
